Refund Policy\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>

All products are sold \u201cas is\u201d (<\/span>No Refund<\/span><\/i>, Exchange Only). You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued at the exception of items damaged during transit. <\/span>
<\/span>Special returns require preauthorization and a request for return authorization must be made within 14 days of date of receipt. Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. Our warehouse must receive the return within 14 days of the authorization. Returns are subject to a 10% processing fee. Shipping costs are not reimbursed, and we will only pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued after we receive and process your return. Products with lapsed expiry dates are not accepted.<\/span><\/p>

Refunds and Exchanges<\/b><\/h4>

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/span><\/p>

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  • Sale Items<\/span><\/li>
  • Any item that requires a refund or exchange more than 14 days after delivery<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Refunds and Exchanges Procedure<\/b><\/h4>

    To exchange or inquire about a refund you must first email us at Purehk@jirehhealthhk.com within 7 days of receiving the goods to alert us of the damage. Photos of proof will be required along with proof of purchase receipt. You <\/span>may<\/span><\/i> also be required to return the damaged item to us for our Quality Assurance inspection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    Upon receipt of the email, we will make inspections and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement will be sent to you.\u00a0 If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    To return your product, you should mail your product to:Jireh International Health Ltd, 14A Gee Chang Hong Centre, 65 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen, Hong Kong<\/span><\/p>

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
