SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Shipping & Deliveries

These terms apply to orders placed on Pure Patient Direct. For wholesale orders, please contact our sales support team.

Orders placed on our website can only be shipped to an address within Hong Kong. We do not offer shipping to certain minor outlying islands in Hong Kong.

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours placed online between Monday and Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Orders received on weekends and Hong Kong public holidays are processed on the next working day.

When your order is ready to be shipped, we indicate the carrier company, shipping date, and tracking information in the confirmation email that is sent to you. You can also track your order from the Orders section of your online account.

Backorders

Products on backorder typically take 10-14 days to arrive at our warehouse from the date you place the order. Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification indicating the carrier company, shipping date, and tracking information in the confirmation email. You can also track your order from the Orders section of your online account.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping for Pure Patient Direct orders over HK$600 placed on our website. Orders below HK$600 are charged a shipping fee of HK$80 for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and most of the New Territories.  If a shipping fee applies, this will be charged at the time of placing your order, and the shipping rate will be shown on the order summary before you checkout and on the order confirmation email after you’ve placed your order.

Changing your shipping address or delivery information

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery to our customers and cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify a shipping address or any delivery information once an order has been placed. However, if you’ve placed an order that has not been shipped and need to update or correct your details, please do contact us, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service team can be reached at info@jirehhealthhk.com or on +852 2838 8902 during our hours of operation from Monday to Friday between 9:30a.m. and 7:00p.m (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). The shipping address or any delivery information cannot be changed after an order has already been shipped.

Unsuccessful deliveries 

Our drivers will typically attempt to deliver your order twice and attempt to contact you if they cannot successfully deliver your order. Subsequent attempts to deliver your order may incur a fee. If we cannot contact you to arrange re-delivery or if re-delivery is still unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund. To avoid unsuccessful deliveries, you may, when placing your order, leave a remark for the carrier to leave your package in a safe place, such as your building’s reception or security desk. If you do choose to have your parcel delivered to a safe place, doing so will be entirely at your own risk and no signature will be taken at the time of delivery.
