Returns & Exchanges

All products purchased on our website cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

Defective Products

If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us at or on +852 2838 8902 during our hours of operation from Monday to Friday between 9:30a.m. and 7:00p.m (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). If we determine that the product is defective, you are eligible to have your product replaced at no cost to you (including free shipping). Please follow the instructions of our customer service team and send back your product with the original receipt and original packaging within 7 days of the date you receive the product.

If your product cannot be readily replaced or is out of stock, we will offer you a refund instead. Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at our returns centre. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • For orders that were paid for using a credit card: the refund will take 5-7 business days to your card-issuing bank. Please contact your bank to check when the funds will be returned to your account.
  • For orders that were paid for by bank transfer, cheque or cash payments: we require that you provide your bank account information, including the account holder’s name, bank account number, bank name, bank code, and branch code. Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the bank account holder’s name is the same as the billing contact filled in when placing the order. The refund will take 30 days from the date we receive your full bank account information and have determined you are eligible for a refund.


In the event of any disputes, Jireh International Health Limited (“Jireh”) reserves the right of final decision.
